Resource List
Here’s a list of items I’ve mentioned throughout the program that might support you on your journey. While this program focuses on free, accessible changes you can make using the resources already around you, sometimes a few thoughtfully chosen items can make things easier or more effective.
I’ve included this list to help save you time and energy, but remember—it’s absolutely not necessary to buy anything to see results from this program.
Take what feels helpful for you and leave the rest. The most important tools you have for healing are already within you !
SUPPLEMENTS
Magnesium
- My number 1 favorite is Magnesium Hydroxide from Crucial four. It’s available in the US, I get mine delivered to the company My US Shipping, who then delivers it to my home address in Europe.
https://crucialfour.com/products/mmagbicarb-magnesium-hydroxide?
- My number 2 is this blend of 9 different magnesium forms, from the German brand Sunday Natural
Vitamin D
- This is a very good brand, combined with K2 (see if you prefer drops or capsules): Use code MANON10 for a discount.
- If you want to opt for a lamp instead of a supplement, the brand Sperti is known world wide to be a great product for vit D production:
SLEEP MODULE
Room Temperature
- Thermometer: To monitor your bedroom’s temperature and ensure it stays in the ideal range (16–19°C / 60–67°F). This is the one we use, but of course any thermometer will do! Just make sure it doesn’t emit any light if you keep it in your bedroom.
- Bedsheets that help you regulate your body temperature: the best for that is linen or hemp. My all time favourite brand that uses 0% toxic dies (but that’s quite on the pricey side) is a French small company called Couleur Chanvre. They deliver to the whole EU and I think worldwide as well, but import duties may apply, be careful of that. The best is maybe to check in your country if you find the same quality of sheets to avoid unnecessary shipping and duty costs.

https://www.couleur-chanvre.com/drap-housse-linetxea/prw-1232
- Fan or Silent AC Unit: For keeping your bedroom cool during warmer months. We bought this product from a friend’s recommendation and I love how silent and effective it is. I bought it at Boulanger, a french shop - check if delivery in your country is possible or check the specs to find something similar where you live.
- Bedjet mattress cooler / warmer: I haven’t tried this myself, but someone from the program (thanks Lisa!) recommend it as life changing! This looks like a great option if you have difficulties cooling your bedroom especially in the summer (and like me, if you live on the top floor under the roof lol).
Electronics
- Traditional Alarm Clock or Sonos Speaker: To replace your phone in the bedroom and set gentle, soothing alarms (e.g., Tibetan or soothing meditation music at low volume).
Analog, Cheapest & Bird Songs:
Now from my research on what’s available on the market in 2025, if you want to go for an analog Alarm clock, it will be difficult to find one with a soothing sound. They almost all exclusively come with that annoying traditional beep sound that no one wants to wake up to, lol. The only analog clock I found that uses bird songs is this one, from a French shop (super cheap and simple)
- Digital, no WIFI, sleep sound & alarm clock (best overall):
For a digital clock (that doubles as a sound machine) that doesn’t operate on WIFI, that’s low EMF, with a nice price and that doesn’t have disturbing light, I found this one that honestly looks like a winner (I’ve ordered it for myself in white - will let you know after a few days of usage!)
- Digital, with WIFI, pricier, speaker:
Now you can also go for a Sonos S1 like the one I’ve shown in the video, but to be honest we bought this with Tim years ago as a music speaker - and the fact that it also works as an alarm clock is a plus. I wouldn’t buy this one just for the alarm clock feature - in that case go for the Buffbee one.
Pitch Dark
- Electrical Tape or Light-Dimming Stickers: To cover LED lights on electronics like chargers, alarm clocks, or power strips.
If there is a man in your family, chances are that he has electrical tape, just ask him :) If not, you can find it in a nearby electronics store, or on Amazon here:
- Manta Sleep Eye Mask: A comfortable, adjustable mask to block out light, especially helpful when traveling.
Fresh Air + Clean Room
- Air Purifier: To improve air quality if opening windows isn’t possible due to noise, pollution, or weather. Here are a few good ones!
- Non-Toxic Cleaning Supplies: To regularly dust and clean your bedroom, reducing allergens and promoting better breathing.
White vinegar and water in a spray bottle will go a long way!
I also like this DIY recipe of all purpose cleaning spray (the website is in French but you can select the translation option
for the whole page):
A few other brands I like: North America Only
A few other brands I like: Europe Only
The Way You Breathe
- Medical-Grade Micropore Tape: For mouth taping at night to encourage nasal breathing (optional, and only if it feels comfortable for you).
The micropore tape that is a great value for money:
FOOD MODULE
- Hemp powder: The best price / quality!
- Spirulina: My fave brand and fave form of spirulina!
- Freeze-dried durian: Best eveeeeer!
- Grass fed meat + organs: French brand and supra high quality !
- Pollen: The best ever (keep in the freezer) !
- Barley Grass Juice Powder: The best EVEEEER. Worldwide shipping. If you’re having any issue, don’t hesitate to reach out to Jamie, the owner, he’s super kind. Use code JULIEWITHJOY for a discount.
- Irish (sea) Moss:
- Quinton Sea water:
- Sprouter: I love this model, it’s cheap and does the job perfectly. Not sure of the website so maybe run a google image search and see what’s the best way to order depending on where you live!
- Juicer: Having my eye on the Nama J2 right now!
- Steamer: The best that was ever made, it’s French !
- Food Processor: I don’t think you should pay more than 50 euros for a food processor. I had a great Philips one that they discontinued and that broke after 10 years, which is totally acceptable. I couldn’t buy my old one again so I bought the ‘upgraded’ version but I’m not in love with it. This one from Bosch looks like it has great reviews for the price !
The rest, you can probably get in your local organic food store!
Let me know in case I forgot anything and I’ll add it to the list.
LIGHT MODULE
Blue Light-Blocking Glasses
- Putting here some of the best options for a very affordable price, see what works best to ship in your country (I recommend yellow glasses, and if you can, clear glasses as well.)
Ps: you don’t need to pay more than 40 euros for blue light blocking glasses.
Light Bulbs
- Full spectrum light bulbs:
- Sunsy shinee: The best option in the US right now is Sunsy Shine, a company started out of frustration with other options. These offer the best full-spectrum SunLike diodes, flicker-free performance even while dimmed, three great colors to choose from, and we also have a great refund and warranty policy. Check the tables and guides supplied in your BTH program to see how many bulbs you would need according to your personal lifestyle (to match the lux level you need depending on the time.)
- Yuji SunWave: Worldwide shipping. Another great option! Slightly brighter than Sunsy, but far more expensive.
- Philips Ultra Definition: This new lineup from Philips offers a fairly even spectrum and great color rendering for an amazing price! If you’re looking for full spectrum lights on a budget, these are the best choice.
- Adjustable Full spectrum / Circadian Lights: You can also opt for a light bulb that presents different light spectrums (colors), with a steady brightness (except for the Luna light bulb which is dimmable). This option of adjustable full spectrum light bulb is great if you have only one light that you want to adjust depending on the time of day (ex midday vs midnight bathroom pee). With Tim, we have the Luna light and we’re very happy with it. (note: I didn’t include circadian lights that automatically follow the sun’s spectrum, as the quality seems to not be optimal for now in 2025. The best if you want a circadian bulb - aka night to day bulb - is to manually adjust it,simply by switching on and off the light switch. Super simple!).
- BioLight™ - Full Spectrum Light: A great option for a full spectrum adjustable light. Dawn to Dusk feature gives you 3 light bulbs in one: FULL SPECTRUM DAY MODE: Promotes positive mood, increases stable energy and sense of wellbeing. Replicates natural sunlight. MIXED MODE: Provides a warm low blue light option which replicates the same light during sunrise and late afternoon / sunset. NIGHT MODE: 100% no blue light sleep friendly amber light, warm and relaxing candle light feel. Worldwide shipping.
- TrueLight® Luna Red® Sunset BR30 Bulb: I purchased this bulb over a decade ago and they still work, and I’ve been very happy with my purchase. They dim from natural daylight to sunset red lighting, preparing your brain for optimal melatonin production and a great night’s rest. You can control the light bulb either with a remote or just by switching on the light switch several times until you reach the color temp you like. Worldwide shipping.
- TrueLight® Luna Red™ Luminaire: A home lightning option that can give you energy in the morning and prepare you for a restful sleep at night. Their light spectrum does not mimic the exact sun spectrum, but this is still a good option if you want to go for one light only.
Red Light Therapy Device
- Red Therapy Co: This is the brand recommended by Ari Whitten, who wrote THE book on Red light Therapy.
- Cytoled: A US brand with a warehouse in The Netherlands in Europe - they ship everywhere in the world. This product would be the next best option, also if you have a smaller budget (but it’s still an investment of course) - use code VICTORNATUROPATHE for a discount.
Vitamin D Lamp
- Sperti Lamp: The Sperti lamp is the one I use, and I’ve been very happy with it. That being said, it’s a huge investment, when honestly the drops from sunday natural (mentionned in the Supplement section above) are doing the job perfectly. Anyways, this lamp is FDA approved for safe and effective UVB exposure to boost vitamin D production.
Sunlight Simulation Lamps
A GREAT option to get those high lux into your home environment and get the proper nutrition
for your cells, if going outside isn’t an option for you (or for colder months).
- The Carex Day-Light Elite Light Therapy Lamp: This lamp is the best option there is. Hits over 10,000 lux, large size makes it extremely comfortable to use, can project light down from above, no flicker on all settings, and multiple mounting and setup solutions. Their website says US shipping only, but it looks like you can get it from Amazon, you’ll have to pay shipping fees though
- Circadian Optics Lampu: This lamp is a cutie, with an affordable price, offering 10,000 lux at a 5500 K color temp, which is what you should be getting at midday. Their website says shipping in US only, but you can find it on Amazon (the price will be much higher because of shipping and import duties).
- Verilux HappyLight Duo: Ok I think I might have fallen in love with this lamp! It acts as a desk lamp (that’s super cute and stylish) AND offers you 10,000 lux. And the really cool thing: you can adjust the temperature AND the light intensity. Wow. This light offers seven total brightness settings, which is pretty unheard of. This allows you to dial in the exact brightness you’re looking for, + 3 different color temperatures. If you’re looking for a high-quality task light for desk work and a nice light therapy lamp, look no further! I think I’ll get one for myself :)
They don’t seem to be shipping internationally outside of North America. Here’s their main website:
Screen Filters or Software
- F.lux: Install software like f.lux on your computer to adjust screen brightness and color temperature automatically.
Eye Masks for Total Darkness
- Manta Sleep Eye Mask: A comfortable, adjustable mask to block out light, especially helpful when traveling.
Nightlights for Safe Navigation Without Disrupting Circadian Rhythms.
- Bon Charge Plug in Night light: Possibly the best on the market: absolutely 0 blue light, delivering you a low lux (5- 50 lux) with pure red light which won’t disturb your sleep at all when you need to get up in the middle of the night and go to the bathroom for ex.
You can choose the type of plug on their website depending on where you live, you can choose the intensity of the lamp and whether it's a motion sensor or staying on all night.
- Gambared Night Light: Possibly the second best on the market, but also more expensive than the others options listed here. US only because of the plug.
- myCozyLite Night Light: This is a great affordable solution to avoid turning on the lights at night if you need to get up to pee for ex. They’re at 1600K (amber hue) and between 7-77 lux, which is ideal for a pee break in the middle of the night: you see enough to walk but it’s not enough to disrupt your sleep. Choose amber or red color options.
- Low Blue Light Amber Night Light: US only (because of the plug): this nightlight doesn’t switch on automatically when it detects movement (it’s always on if you don’t turn it off yourself), but it can be a great night light to place in the bathroom, toilets, or in your kids room. It blocks 100% of blue light and has one of the lowest lux (10) I’ve seen, so not disruptive at all.
- Stickers for Europe delivery: These look great if you don’t want to plug-ins and want stickers instead that you can install anywhere.
GROUNDING MODULE
Grounding Shoes
- Sandals: These are great to wear in the summer. They have an amazing grip. You can hike/ run with them, even cross a river without having to take them off. The thin sole has a copper ground plug connected to a stainless steel tread mixed in nylon laces that connects you to the Earth and keeps you grounded every time you walk on a natural surface. The ones I wear are the adventure circadian sandals with a mid sole and black laces. (these laces are tougher than the lifestyle laces, so they have a longer break in period). Now in hindsight, I think I’d go for the softer laces, as every time I wear them again in the summer, it still takes 1-2 weeks for my feet to adapt to them. Check the lace comparison chart (click on ‘’lace info’’) to see if comfort is very important to you and which laces to choose then.
- Running Shoes: I wear them as my daily shoes all the time when I’m not wearing the grounding sandals. Love this company, they’re a start up with great values and great ethics. They’re UK based, and there used to be lots of import duties since Brexit, but they’ve now sorted things out and have a big warehouse in the Netherlands for European deliveries. The model I prefer is the Revive shoe. I have them both in black and sandstone colors.
Grounding Sheets
- My favorite brand is Inalterra. It’s owned by a great guy (Sebastien) who’s really passionate about grounding and helping people feel better. They also sell the mouse + computer pads, as well as the outlet tester you’ll find below. They only ship to Europe though - for other countries, please see below.
For the sheets, make sure you select the right dimensions for your bed (the website is a bit of a mess lol)
Grounding For Electronics
- Grounding Mouse Pad:
- Grounding Computer Pad: I have this one, I like it as I can ground both hands when I work, but I think the mouse pad does also a great job.
Outlet Grounding Tester
- Inalterra: This is VERY important to buy to check if your plugs are grounded, before using grounded products at home.
Organic Grounding Yoga Mat
- I haven’t talked about yoga mats in the videos, but I came across this product and thought it would be nice to share on here. Yoga mats feel often very plastic-y , so this all natural - grounding option seems very nice. I haven’t tried it myself yet but it’s on my list :)

TOXIC FREE PRODUCTS
Kitchen
- Water filter: Best quality / price i’ve seen.
- Filtering water bottle:
- Cooking pots & pans: The best materials to cook are stainless steel and cast iron.
- The best brand for cast iron pans in my opinion is Skeppshult. You can get them either on their main website (https://eu.skeppshult.com/en/3-all-products ) or on this reseller website:
- For stainless steel, make sure it’s high quality (Inox 18/10) and you’ll be good.
- Steaming veggies: To steam veggies, here is the best stainless steel steamer:
- I tried the brand Xtrema which is 100% ceramic and nearly all my pans broke (bye bye 700euros…), so I don’t recommend this brand or 100% ceramic as it’s too fragile. Cast iron is a better choice. I also tried the brand Green pan which is healthier than regular teflon pans, but I was disappointed to see the pan not holding up in quality with time. Mine lasted about 1,5 years, and I had to throw it away because it was already chipping off.
- Still a better alternative than teflon if you can’t afford stainless stell or cast iron. Their site is:
Personal Care
- Living Libations
- Vemel
- Vanessa Meghan
- 100% pure
- Rms
- App to scan beauty products: An app that’s cool to download to scan your products and see a grade out of 20 (20 being the most toxic free, natural) is INCI Beauty app . Have fun scanning your products at home and seeing what you should keep / finish and not buy again!
- Dutch health store: An amazing website based in Europe (The Netherlands) and that delivers worldwide is the Dutch Health Store. Wilma, the owner, is fascinated by natural and organic beauty and lists on her website only products that she has thoroughly researched, tried and reviewed. You can be sure everything on her website is non toxic / has low toxicity (she still lists products with perfume so be mindful of that though if you’re sensitive).
- Here are my favorite picks from her website:
- Delizioso Pro-collagen Purify & Soften Cleansing Balm: I really like to use this to cleanse my skin at night, to remove any makeup. It doesn’t clog my pores and gives me a little collagen boost. It’s my 2 bottles and I plan on buying more because I’m obsessed!
- RMS mascara: the best mascara I’ve tried so far. Grade is 18,6/20 on the INCI Beauty app.
- Living libations Poetic Pits deodorant: Made of 100% natural essential oils, it’s like wearing perfume under your armpits. The more you sweat, the more you smell like a bouquet of flowers. The genius addition of sandalwood interacts with your own body odor to create a truly unique signature scent. There are many different scents, and I’ve probably tried them all – my all time favorite is ‘Petal’.
- Living libations Maidern Fern Blushing Lip Balm: This balm is possibly my favorite product ever created by Living Libations. Made with 100% natural ingredients and essential oils, the ginger, peppermint and cayenne increase blood circulation in your cheeks and lips for a very ‘I just woke up and look super fresh’ kind of look. This product is always an amazing value for money, as a little goes a long way. I personally use it on my cheeks and lips.
- Living libations highlight Moon Swoon Shimmer: A gorgeous shimmering balm to highlight your skin (cheekbones, nose, eyebrows, eyes), made with 100% natural and organic ingredients. And the smell… oh my. A blend of vanilla and holidays.
- RMS Uncover up concealer: My favorite ‘’spot’’ treatment to hide little imperfections and redness patches. A little goes a loooooong way. A pot will probably last you a year. 18,7/20 on INCI Beauty app.
- Vanessa Meghan face mask: I really looooove these face masks. They come in a super convenient packaging as sheet masks, and they’re loaded with product so you can keep using the serum for a week after having applied the mask. Beautiful brand with gorgeous values. From Australia.
- Vemel Biome Active Essence Spray: This spray is like a refreshing, hydrating, magical spray that plumps your skin. I bought around a down sprays before from other brand that I never end up finishing because… I don’t know, they never seem to do much?
But this one… you can tell the bottle is almost empty. It quences my skin like nothing else, and it FEELS so good on my skin. Especially with the warmer days around the corner, I am IN LOVE. I spray 3 pschiiiits on my face in the morning (without washing my face) and in the night after washing my face.
- Vemel Vitamin Rich Face Butter: The main ingredient is mango butter and it feels like the most hydrating, luxurious butter that melts on your fingers when you apply it on your face. It’s VERY hydrating so I would say that I will use this more in the winter I think? Or if I have a sunburn on my face for ex. Very impressed by the quality of Vemel products, they’re truly exceptional.
- Vemel Wonder Balm: Perfect name for this product which I feel could be compared to Vaseline, minus the nasty stuff. This product was initially designed for eczema and very dry patches, so it’s more of a ‘’spot’’ treatment. I use it on very dry chapped lips, under eye area, small wounds… it’s magical how it quickly helps restore the skin.
- Vemel Collagen Cream: This is Vemel’s best seller, and for good reason: this cream is absolutely amazing. My skin has never looked like this with any other cream, EVER. It’s like instant plump. It blurs out imperfections, fades out small lines, and gives you this GLOW! I will say though that it is a bit on the heavy side? So because I have combination-to-oily skin, I prefer to apply it in the evening before bed. Then in the morning, my skin looks baby smooth. And I don’t even need to apply any cream for the day :) But if you have dry skin, this might work for you in the morning! Or just use less product so that it’s not too heavy. But anyway, this cream needs to be produced forever! Beats all the luxury - toxic laden creams you will ever find :)
- Lipsticks: I really like these ones from 100% pure (grade is 19,1/20 on the INCI Beauty app)
- Shampoo: I really like the brand Desert essence, best price / quality. It ranks 17,8/20 on the INCI Beauty app.
- Water Wipes: The world’s purest baby wipes – 99.9% water and a drop of fruit extract. I use them to clean my face before bed or when I travel, and on baby too :)
